Issue
The report "1000 People with Artsdata ID" has 22 records with no name, disambiguationDescription, WikidataID or any other sameAs link.
Upon examining this issue over email, @saumier reported:
I looked at these and discovered that they are all from IWTS and minted as schema:Person while the source data is a schema:PerformingGroup. This is a bug that is preventing the Organization data from being added/synced to the minted Person.
This process of changing the type when minting should work. The goal of minting is to be able to “tweak” the types of entities for the needs of Artsdata. However with the launch of the syncing of the Artsdata core (which reuses the same code as minting) I have increased restrictions and validate that the type in the core is the same class or sub-class as the external entity before syncing/minting.
Expected solution
If Artsdata data stewards cannot manually link these records to their matching IWTS ID, then the sameAs links will have to be added in GraphDB directly.
Priority level
This is a fairly high priority level, because this report is one of 5 core reports made readily-available in the nebula menu: it is visible to anyone browsing Artsdata.
