Add “Download only new files” option for topics

First, thank you for Marauder! It works very well for my use case, especially with updated RuTracker torrents.

It would be useful to have a download mode for each topic:

• Download all files
• Download only new files

With “Download only new files”, Marauder could remember the file list from the previous version of the torrent. When the torrent is updated, it would tell the torrent client to download only files that were added in the new version.

For example:

First version:

• Episode 1

Updated version:

• Episode 1
• Episode 2

Marauder would mark Episode 1 as “do not download” and download only Episode 2.

My use case is a server with limited disk space. After an episode reaches the required seed ratio, qBittorrent deletes it from the server because the file has already been copied to my NAS. When the RuTracker torrent is updated with a new episode, I don't want the old episodes to be downloaded again.

I think this would also be useful for other users who monitor growing season packs.

As a simpler alternative, it would also be useful to have an option for a topic to add the torrent in a paused state.

Then, when an updated season pack is added, I could manually select only the new episode in qBittorrent and start the download.

This would already solve my use case without requiring Marauder to track which files were downloaded before.

Maybe a simple "Add paused" checkbox in the topic settings would be enough.
