Small error in bgp_neighbor.yml

Hi all,

thanks for the great work. We are testing ansible to pre-configure switches using the deploy_2tier_dedicated_datacenter.yml playbook.

It looks like there is a small error in the bgp_neighbor.yml tasks. According to the 10.06 API description the parameter in line 25 should be ip_or_ifname_or_group_name instead of ip_or_group_name.
