relax typing of filename

The annotation for filename is currently str, but Xarray’s to_netcdf() supports str, pathlib.Path, and other os.PathLike objects. Since ArviZ forwards this argument directly to Xarray, updating the type hint to str | os.PathLike[str] would better reflect the supported types.

If the maintainers agree, I can open a PR to update the annotation.

@prajyot-porje I'm not sure this will be actually needed here, since ArviZ is migrating to becoming a meta-package (see #2494). You could look at https://github.com/arviz-devs/arviz-base/tree/main, but I think there's no analogous method, as the InferenceData structure is going away.
