Document the many integrations of AsciiDoc that use Asciidoctor

There are many tools that support AsciiDoc using Asciidoctor. Document them and also post a news entry about them to promote.

Here's the running list:

• Middleman
• Dexy
• Slim
• Haml (pending a pull request)
• JBake
• Atom plugin
• Brackets extension
• Chrome extension
• Firefox add-on (pending approval by Mozilla)
• Grain
• Docgist / GraphGist
• NetBake (NetBeans plugin)
• Maven plugin
• Gradle plugin
• Leiningen plugin
• Rewrite
• AsciidocFX
• AsciidocEdit
• Jekyll
• Blogdiggity

We should probably split them into categories.

So categories would include:

• Editors
• Static Site Generators (SSGs)
• Build Systems
• Templating

Is there anything else that needs to be called out, or anything incorrectly suggested as a grouping in the list above?

I'd add Services, which includes GitHub, GitLab and others.

I'm not sure about Templating. Let's call it Template Engines.

I'd rename Build Systems to Build Tools.

Let's say "Writing Tools" instead of Editors.

So that leaves us with:

• Writing Tools / Editors / IDEs
• Site Generators
• Build Tools
• Template Engines
• Services

Note that there is AsciiDoc integration in the reference implementation for the new MVC specification. See https://github.com/spericas/ozark/blob/master/ext/asciidoc/src/main/java/org/glassfish/ozark/ext/asciidoc/AsciiDocViewEngine.java

So maybe the category should be Template and View Engines
