Rewrite Spock as Junit #1303
Description
TLDR; doing some maintenance bumps and some things are a pain to maintain. So, I am proposing rewriting Spock test as Junit5 tests.
With that we remove Groovy, Spock and codenarc configurations and dependencies.
I can do it.
