Apache uses different system version of PHP than terminal (7.4.14 instead of 7.4.21 installed by asdf)

Hi, I am probably missing some basic point on my way to utilize asdf-php. I installed php thru asdf, I set the php version for local folder to 7.4.21. If I put php -v into terminal, it shows correct version 7.4.21 - to this point, everything looks great. But if I run the project in the browser (server is apache2), it still runs on 7.4.14. I've tried restart WSL and restart apache2 many times without any success. I feel a little bit lost now :) Could I politely ask you for any hint?
