Unable to resolve v4: reference not found

The current README.md on master references v4 which is not yet released.
This let actions fail with

Unable to resolve v4.0.2: reference not found

The current solution is to revert to v3 or v3.0.2

Currently, asdf_version should be used without 'v' at the beginning (if version is provided). Here is code reference.

@yarokon I implemented it in that way for consistency with official actions such as setup-node, setup-go, etc, but I don't have a strong opinion nor preference

It's a great idea to pin to a digest. However, those of us who use tools like renovate or ratchet still also would like a tag to follow (via comment in documenting the checksum) so there's some reasonable way to tell when there's a new digest available. ;)

Oh, 100%, this should be released as a tag. I was just providing a workaround for the short-term.
