Could use precompiled Erlang binaries on MacOS

Wojtek Mach recently announced that the Erlang Ecosystem Foundation is precompiling Erlang Binaries, which could simplify ASDF installs for OTP 25 and higher.

There are a few caveats called out in the readme:

JIT is disabled on OTP 25 on aarch64-apple-darwin.
wx, observer, debugger, and et apps are only available since OTP 26.1.1.
