Need a logger to record events

Is your suggestion related to an experience ? Please describe.
It would be better if there is a way to log certain events happening in the SDK.

Describe the improvement
This feature could be toggled using a flag and there could be an option to define the log level as well at the SDK init config.

Additional context
We could look at something like log4js-api.
