Rethinking directory structure of Thunder distribution

Currently this is the Thunder distribution zip tree

I have these concerns,

1. The deployment.toml should be in the root level, as this is the only configuration files users are going to work with, no need to keep one configuration file within respository/conf directory
2. respository/conf/immutable_resources and resources/graphs in a way provides the same purchase.
3. No need to have repository or resources directory

The proposed structure is much cleaner. +1 for that.

• But I'd like to keep database folder as database rather than saying data.
• Also would it make sense to move dbscripts folder to the scripts directory
