It is currently cumbersome to check if a set of permissions is granted to a given actor to allow navigation or access to a liveview for example.

While chatting on discord regarding the need to check permissions from a liveview / ui perspective, @zachdaniel suggested that we could maybe add an aggregated policy evaluator to facilitate checking a group of permissions which I think is a great idea
