entitylump - SM 1.12, Spider has 1.10 still

I was attempting to compile my plugin when I kept getting:
`extra/sourcemod.inc(79) : fatal error 183: cannot read from file: "entitylump"`

Are there any plans to update the compiler to include the SM 1.12 updates at all?
