More code documentation

I hate to be that guy, but in order to collaborate on this project, we could look to elaborate the code documentation by adding comments.
This would make it much easier to keep on the work on this project.

Sure I totally agree with you.

As I put more time in https://github.com/James-Yu/LaTeX-Workshop , the development of this extension really relies on community effort. I will start adding comments to the code, and try to come up with some text describing the structure.

Also is it reasonable to request moving to Javascript (ES6) from Coffeescript? Atom core is doing this since a while. Personally I've never been a fan of coffeescript (due to it's non-scoping) I suppose the trend is clear by now.
