Wrong start bit

I have the following error:
<-- PS/2: 0xFF
Mouse didn't ack! Expected: 0xFA, received: 0xFF
--> PS/2: 0x2
Wrong start bit!
Wrong parity!

How can i resolve it?

Looks like the device is not answering the way it should... Is the keyboard properly working on a computer with ps/2 connector? You can also try to play with the timings (modify SKEW).

If you own a logic analyzer, it'd be great if you could record the traffic on the wire and share it with me.
