Checkbox are not being reset after form submission
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to 'http://localhost:6044/checkbox-fields'
- Check one of the checkboxes
- Click on 'submit'
Expected behavior
Al checkbox should be reset
