Link candidates to all nearby candidates in the database #27
Description
Now we can find the associated candidates in the "Nearby Objects", but it only linked candidates in the same SBID
It would be good if we can link all nearby candidates in the local database, and name it in "SBID_beam_name" format so we know which SBID / beams this candidate has been detected again.
