No. of days in some specific months of some days

Could you check for the number of days in 2004 Paush and Magh? This source contains 30 and 29 days but in 2004 BS, Paush was of 29 day and Magh 30 days according to these websites.

Similarly, 2062 BS has 30 and 32 days in https://www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp/openDateConverter but this source and Ashesh, Hamropatro and Nepalipatro have 31 and 31 days.

Could anyone tell me, why this is happening?
