Request for documentation on CLI

This is a general request for basic documentation on BandageNG CLI, specifically on how to input BLAST/minimap2 (custom) queries. The instruction "as you would type it in the terminal" is not informative enough (It just doesn't work).

Often, users have to use BandageNG on HPC systems, in which we either may not have access to a monitor (graphical interface) or qt6, or X11, or other libraries in general. It is of the utmost importance to provide documentation on how to use BandageNG CLI but the --helpall output is not informative enough or the CLI features may not work as intended.
