Is this permanent?

This worked great, thank you! I understand the device is still registered to the company, but what I'm wondering is if the next time I do a factory reset or fresh OS install do I need to repeat this process, or is it permanently removed from the device?

if you reinstall the system or do a major update you have to use the script again

It's an M2 laptop I think, maybe M1

Is this still the case? All working well? Am on an Intel i7 unfortunately but has worked well so far, havent updated though.

Hey guys

If you erase the OS and reinstall you'll have to redo the bypass.

If you update, you should be good. I'm currently on the latest OS version without issues.

forgot to update, i used this and have since updated from big sur to tahoe, all working well a week later
