Provide a non-uv build process? #5
Description
Would it be possible to make a release that builds this project without uv? I'm helping on the Sigstore python packaging for Debian, and Debian doesn't have uv so things are fairly stuck. If you don't want to make this change upstream, is there anyone who want to help on the Debian packaging by providing a non-uv pyproject.toml for this package that we could use? Maybe some compromises could be done here.
