fix: remove incorrect ESM exports from package.json files

- Remove 'module' field and 'import' condition from packages/node/package.json
- Remove 'module' field and 'import' condition from packages/wasm/package.json
- Both packages only build CommonJS modules but were incorrectly declaring ESM support
- Fixes module resolution failures for ESM consumers expecting .mjs files that don't exist
