App icons missing - The file sprite.svg is not found

I just downloaded the latest version (1.4.0) and use in Portable Mode. Even installing it I cannot see any icon.
In dev tools I notice that the app requests the file sprite.svg (where all icons are stored ./sprite.svg ) but I cannot find it anywhere.
