This is the list of deliverables for this project, which was carried forward from a Cycle 4 proposal. Since the two are so closely linked I've list all of deliverables, indicating which were completed (even if not invoiced) during Cycle 4.

ccdproc and astropy.nddata work

1.a.2 Implement Array API in astropy.NDData	In progress	This file in ccdproc contains at least some of the changes that will be needed to make NDData compliant. The plan is to wait until more of the work to make Quantity compliant has been done.
1.b Update ccdproc to use modern packaging and testing	Completed and released	astropy/ccdproc#861 and v2.5.0
1.c Implement class-based interface for combination	Not started
