Retention of color chosen by user in theming option.

Quite self explanatory, the idea is to render the same theme (color) in the application, eliminating the need to do it at every login.

• Immediate requirements
  • Add theme color selecting option in the Settings page
  • Apply the color theme to all the pages when selected
  • Retain the color theme for the current session
• Long-term requirements
  • Make a variable CSS attribute which can be changed
  • Retain the color preferences in the user account
  • Change the schema of the database to accompany storing colors
