ftx namespace changes to any wrapper that uses it

Describe the bug
[To be resolved after PR goes through in Forte]
Space processor uses ftx.medical ontology, which needs to be updated to ftx.onto.clinical given our new namespacing changes in forte. In reference to this issue and comments from this PR,

To Reproduce
Just running any example using SpacyProcessor would throw an ImportError

Expected behavior
Import statement throws an error if the namespacing changes go through in forte and this change isn't made.
