Rewrite homepage with custom styles

Replace Tailwind-based homepage with an inline dark-themed CSS layout, remove JS theme toggles, and simplify header/nav markup. Update meta title/description, restructure content (calls-to-action, workflow steps, sync outputs, docs list, and examples placeholder), and adjust internal docs/example links. Also update website/src/link-map.js and website/src/render-examples-page.js to match the new homepage structure and example rendering.
