Proposal to move or rewrite nodejs-template repo into the generator repo

As part of the 2026 community goals (more details here: asyncapi/community#3495), we conducted an audit of all repositories. The summary of the findings can be found here: asyncapi/community#3495 (comment).

As suggested by @derberg, we are proposing to either move this repository to the generator repository or rewrite it within the generator repository, as it currently has no active maintainers (reference for how maintainer activity was calculated: asyncapi/community#3495 (comment)).

I am opening this issue to gather feedback and approval from the code owners of this repository, as this repository will be archived after either being moved to the generator or rewritten.
