[📑 Docs]: Inconsistent link placement in Code of Conduct section of CONTRIBUTING.md

What Dev Docs changes are you proposing?

While reviewing CONTRIBUTING.md, I noticed that the Code of Conduct link is attached to “read the full text” instead of the heading text, whereas other resources (Slack workspace, Slack etiquette) link directly from the resource name.

This is slightly inconsistent with other AsyncAPI repositories and common CONTRIBUTING.md conventions. Happy to open a PR if this change is desired.
