We have dropped the Webcomponents aproach due this and other problems so I cannot provide more information, but the path.dirname(require.resolve('@asyncapi/web-component')) should be the first step for reproduction, IIRC we have tried to pass configuration to the Webcomponent from our code, or something like that.
