Request for Scheduling and Hosting Permissions for Bi-Weekly Design Meetings

Description:

We've been holding regular bi-weekly design meetings and want to keep that sequence. Our next meeting is planned for Thursday, November 21st, 2024, at noon UTC. To help streamline the process and avoid delays, I'd like to request the ability to schedule and host these meetings.

Why this Request?

Even though I'm hosting these meetings, I rely on others to start or schedule them. Having direct access would allow me:

• Schedule and manage our bi-weekly design calls
• Start and host the meetings directly without waiting on others

Definitely makes sense, especially that there are some folks in community interested to talk about design.

At the moment we have TSC approval for 8 accounts on zoom, and all are occupied but not all are really used, so lemme ping folks so they can confirm if they plan to organize meeting in close future:

@Mayaleeeee please open a PR to add your email (the one you will use with AsyncAPI Zoom) to https://github.com/asyncapi/community/blob/master/.github/workflows/create-event-ad-hoc.yml#L33 and remove jonas-lt@live.dk. Ping me with the PR link, I will add you to zoom and restream and merge PR, and you can start scheduling meetings independently. Just remember that technically automation works in the way that if you schedule a meeting before we do the steps I described previously, these meetings will still require other admins to show up.
