[📑 Docs]: Arrange docs weights and add front matter to the pages

What Dev Docs changes are you proposing?

As a follow-up issue for #1650

We need to rearrange the docs in logical order and arrange the page weights, i.e, the onboarding docs, style guide.

Additionally, we need to add the front matter to the pages after the organizational structure. Reference asyncapi/website#4165

when you'll be working on it, please move https://github.com/asyncapi/community/blob/master/GOVERNANCE.md to the same location as other governance files, like CHARTER (legally charter.md is the main doc, and governance.md is a secondary one)

I would like to be assigned to this issue and contribute to arranging the documentation structure and adding the necessary front matter.

I have relevant experience working with refactoring, reorganizing and improving developer docs at Knative.

Proposed Approach:

I am thinking of this phased approach:

1. Review the current documentation structure and identify opportunities for logical reordering (onboarding, style guides, etc.).

2. Assign or update page weights to improve navigation and user experience.

3. Add or update front matter to all relevant pages, following the organizational standards as referenced at docs(community): update latest community documentation website#4165.

4. Move GOVERNANCE.md to the correct location alongside CHARTER.md and update all related links as requested.

5. Remove deprecated content such as the tweets directory.

6. Ensure all changes are clearly documented in the PR for transparency and ease of review.

7. Please let me know if you would like more details.
