Cleanup Inactive Working Groups

We currently have several working groups that are no longer functional or active, and as part of the Community Goals, I'm starting this issue to lead the cleanup and track progress.

Objective

• Remove inactive working groups' channels from Slack
• Clean up related Slack user groups
• Update the working groups YAML file
• Update documentation and requirements accordingly

Task List

1. Compile Current Working Groups

• Identify inactive groups (based on activity)
• Share archive list for visibility before execution

2. Clean Slack Channels

• Archive Slack channels for inactive working groups and ensure no critical information is lost

3. Clean Slack User Groups

• Manually remove Slack user groups for inactive working groups

4. Update YAML file

• Remove inactive working groups from the YAML file

5. Update Documentation and Requirements

• Update WG documentation requirements based on the past lessons and recommendations

Adding the last one to do the clean-up of GH groups and project boards.

List of inactive WGs

We have 5 WGs listed in WG.yaml, and only the Conference Coordination WG is active/has an active chair, or meets regularly, based on calls, progress updates, and Slack channel activity.

I propose to remove and archive the Slack channels for the following WGs

• Marketing WG (For the Slack channel, we need to rename it since we use it for social media communications)
• Essential Building Blocks WG
• Developer Experience WG
• Maintainers Growth WG

Tagging @asyncapi/tsc_members for awareness. If there is any reason we shouldn’t remove the above, please share it in the comments.
