Update the outdated packages

We usually use the workflow to upload YouTube streams to Spotify. The current packages need to be updated

@thulieblack, here's my approach to fix this:

Update actions/checkout@v3 → @v4
Update Schrodinger-Hat/youtube-to-anchorfm → Schroedinger-Hat/youtube-to-spotify@v2.6.0
Update env vars ANCHOR_EMAIL → SPOTIFY_EMAIL and ANCHOR_PASSWORD → SPOTIFY_PASSWORD
