What Dev Docs changes are you proposing?
The payment disbursement link at the end of docs/maintainership-guide/amp-evaluation-process.md currently points to:
../stipend-and-payments/disbursement
That path no longer exists.
The current payment disbursement guide is:
docs/maintainership-guide/amp-payments-disbursement.md
I propose updating only this broken link so that it points to the current AMP payment disbursement guide.
Why is this change needed?
The existing link leads readers to a non-existent path when they try to find instructions for submitting their stipend expense.

This should be a documentation-only change affecting a single link.
