[DESIGN]: Improve ticket card styling to match the website theme

Describe the Issue

The current ticket cards use a light card design with white backgrounds and gray text. This feels visually inconsistent with the rest of the website, which uses a dark theme with purple tones, white text, and cyan/purple accent colors.

The current design also makes the ticket section feel separate from the overall conference website style.

Expected Outcome

The ticket cards should better match the existing website theme.

Expected improvements:

• Use a dark card background consistent with the site theme.
• Improve text contrast and readability.
• Use theme-friendly accent colors for borders, icons, status badges, and carousel indicators.
• Keep the existing ticket carousel behavior unchanged.
• Make the design feel consistent with other sections of the homepage.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the conference website.
2. Navigate to the homepage.
3. Scroll to the Tickets section.
4. View the ticket cards.
5. Notice that the card styling does not fully match the dark visual theme used across the rest of the website.
