[BUG] Animation on hover on "sponsorship prospectus"

Describe the bug.

The Sponsorship Prospectus button does not show animation while hovering. So it's hard to identify that it has been hovered over.

Expected behavior

Some animation while hovering.

Hover over the download Sponsorship Prospectus button in the "About the event" section
