[BUG] Scroll to Top does not work properly #916
Description
Describe the bug.
Sometimes, even after the user reaches the top, the "Back to Top" button does not hide.
Expected behavior
When the user is at the top, the button must be hidden.

How to Reproduce
Scroll until the button gets visible the scroll to the top.
