[BUG] Dropdown displays duplicate values that behave differently when selected

Description

In the Venue dropdown on the AsyncAPI Conference website, two options appear visually similar but behave differently when selected.

From the UI, it looks like a single selection group, but internally the options represent different destinations, which can confuse users.

• Dropdown options should clearly communicate their meaning and behavior
• If options redirect to different pages or sections, this should be visually clear

How to Reproduce

1. Click / Hover on the Venue dropdown in the top navigation
2. Observe the options:
   • California, USA
   • Online
3. Select each option individually
4. Notice that each option redirects to a different destination, despite appearing as similar dropdown entries

While reviewing the AsyncAPI Conference Website, I identified a minor UI/UX issue in the Venue dropdown that may cause some user confusion.

@Ayush4958 I’m also a fellow contributor, and I’ve looked into this. Honestly, I don’t see this as a functional bug. It’s pretty standard UX for navbar dropdown items to lead to different pages..in this case, the physical vs. online venue.

could you explain the confusion a bit more?
Let’s wait for the mentor's thoughts too.
