[TEST] Add component tests for CompileOperationSchemas.js (Js WebSocket Template)

Description
Adds unit tests for the CompileOperationSchemas.js` component in the Javascript WebSocket client template. The component contains complex conditional logic but currently has no component-level test coverage.
