[BUG] Incorrect version of Anypoint MQ Bindings in Json schema

By spec https://github.com/asyncapi/bindings/blob/master/anypointmq/README.md version should be 0.1.0, provided schemas at https://github.com/asyncapi/spec-json-schemas/tree/master/bindings/anypointmq has version 0.0.1, but completely match spec.

Should we update bindingVersion in schemas and related folder name?
