Cannot find how to setup this project in my locals for beginners in contributing guide

I’d recommend having a look at our Contributing Guide, as it explains what this project is all about. There are no setup instructions simply because there’s nothing that needs to be set up. Remember that open source isn’t only about code, and some repos have simply different goals.

If what you’re looking for doesn’t quite align with the scope here, that’s totally okay. You might find other projects that are a better fit for your goals, and we wish you the best exploring them!
