[FEATURE] Allow turning off of Event Visualizer on save

Why do we need this improvement?

I have a small screen on my laptop. Currently when I save my file the visualizer opens on the right hand side. This gets in the way of developing as I keep closing it manually and then it pops back open.

How will this change help?

It will allow me to use the extension how I wish to use it, bringing up the preview and visualizer screens when I require them rather than having things open on their own just because I saved the file.

How could it be implemented/designed?

Implement a setting to turn off the auto-open on save of the visualizer. If I have it open I want it continue to refresh so this should purely be around auto open.

@ibishal saving an asyncapi shouldn't open de Event Visualizar,
I think this may be a bug in the "refresh" funtiontionality
