[DESIGN]: Add subtle animations and UI improvements to roadmap page

Describe the Issue

Currently, the UI is static and lacks micro-interactions in the roadmap page.
Adding subtle animations (like hover effects, fade-ins, or transitions) can make the interface feel more modern, engaging, and intuitive — while maintaining AsyncAPI’s minimal aesthetic.

Expected Outcome

Improved visual consistency and engagement.
A more modern UI aligned with AsyncAPI’s design standards.
Zero performance degradation.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Run it locally
2. Navigate to the Goals section on the Roadmap page
3. improve the ui and small transitions
4. make it responsive for all devices
