Describe the bug / UI Issue

This issue addresses multiple minor UI inconsistencies observed on the AsyncAPI website.
They impact visual alignment, readability, and theme consistency across pages.

1. Community → Newsroom Page
   URL: https://www.asyncapi.com/community/newsroom
   Issue: Slider arrows misaligned / inconsistent styling.
   Expected: Properly aligned, clearly visible, and responsive arrows.

2. Roadmap Page – Navbar Overlap
   URL: https://www.asyncapi.com/roadmap
   Issue: Top section content hidden under navbar due to missing margin.
   Expected: Adequate top spacing so all content is visible.

3. Roadmap Page – Scroll To Top Button
   URL: https://www.asyncapi.com/roadmap
   Issue: Scroll-to-top arrow does not adapt to theme colors.
   Expected: Arrow should match current theme color for consistent design.
