The Specification Explorer page is not responsive and provides a poor user experience on small screens (mobile devices and small laptop viewports).
On narrow viewports:
• The left visual schema/map overlaps or consumes most of the screen
• The right-side content becomes cramped and hard to read
• Horizontal scrolling is required
• Important content is partially hidden or inaccessible
• Zooming or resizing does not resolve layout issues
This makes the page effectively unusable on mobile and inconvenient even on smaller laptops.
Expected Outcome
• Responsive layout that adapts to small screens
• Collapsible or toggleable schema explorer
• Content-first layout on mobile
• No horizontal scrolling
• Readable typography and spacing

Steps to Reproduce
1. Open the page on a mobile device
or
2. Open in desktop browser and resize width below ~700px
3. Observe layout behavior
