chore: remove leftover console.log statements in production code #5131

Description

@Gopal7387

Description

While going through the repository, I noticed a few console.log debugging statements that appear to have been left in production-related files. These were likely useful during development but may not be necessary anymore.

Removing such debug logs can help keep the codebase cleaner, avoid unnecessary console output, and improve overall maintainability.

Files potentially affected

  • pages/tools/parsers.tsx
  • netlify/functions/save-discussion-background/index.ts

Proposed solution

Remove the unnecessary console.log statements while ensuring that no existing functionality is affected.

Additional context

I checked for similar open issues but did not find any specifically addressing this cleanup.
If this change is acceptable, I would be happy to work on it and submit a Pull Request.

I would like to work on this issue if approved.
