Fuzzier search

Currently search (i.e., the widget we call "Athena") only matches by substring. If I have a block {{[[TODO]]}} Buy groceries, I'd like to be able to find it by searching for todo groceries.

I think I can take a stab at this at some point soon-ish, but I wanted to create a pointer to the feature in case someone else gets to it.

In the future it would be probably good to also put some more thought into search ranking, but that's for the future. I have some thoughts about it.
