Move blocks

It would be great if we could have a dialog to move blocks like in this video:

This would make it a lot easier to move blocks to other pages, or under other blocks.

1. When there are multiple blocks with the same name I would prefer it to sort results in the dialog. First show blocks that are on the same page.
2. Also make an option to put the block in the top of the bottom of a list with blocks.
3. It would be very helpful if you can use a shortcut to open the dialog. Maybe cmd+shift+M
4. Show a navigation breadcrumb in the dialog so you can see on which page the block is located.
