Show About information (version, etc.) in the Help screen

Currently, the Help screen (shown when one clicks the question mark icon ) contains two sections: "Syntax" and "Keyboard Shortcuts".

It would be nice to also have an "About" section with information about the software itself, including the version number and release date, GitHub repository, etc.
